My name is Suzie, and I have always been interested in ‘healthy eating’.
In 2020 my husband was diagnosed with Irritable Bowel Syndrome and I became even more invested in researching the links between diet and health.
It became clear that fibre was an essential–and often neglected–aspect of our diets. So I set out to create a resource that would help everyone increase the amount of plant-based fibre they ate through easy recipes, tips and awareness.
